All creative works, films, documentaries, photographs, graphics, sound recordings, brandmarks, and literary narratives displayed across this website are the proprietary property of The Indian Chronicles Entertainment or our designated artistic co-producers:

• Documentary & Short Film Catalogue: Master films including The Martian Dancer, Breaking the Frame, Voice Beyond Limits, and Ekti Onno Premer Golpo (একটি অন্য প্রেমের গল্প) are protected by national and international copyright treaties. Unauthorized downloading, public exhibition, re-encoding, commercial monetization, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
• Cultural Festival Assets: Brand names, emblems, and visual identities for Sharod Tilottama, Sharod Sundor, Srestho Sharod Somman, Paranormal City Tour, Progya Deep Somman, and Srestho Bangali remain exclusive marks of The Indian Chronicles.
• Prohibition on Automated Scraping: Scraping, harvesting, training artificial intelligence models, or indexing visual media from this portfolio without express written license from our curatorial desk is actionable under Indian and international intellectual property law.

Our flagship events bridge heritage artisans, historic neighborhoods, and public galas. Attendees, award nominees, and registered partners agree to uphold our cultural code:

• Artisan & Heritage Respect: During events such as Sharod Tilottama in Kumartuli, delegates must respect idol-makers, heritage studio precincts, and community traditions. Disruptive conduct, defacement of artwork, or hazardous obstruction is strictly prohibited.
• Nocturnal Tour Safety: Participants in the Paranormal City Tour must follow designated curatorial guides, respect colonial monuments and historical sites, and abide by safety advisories issued during midnight urban expeditions.
• Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke delegate credentials to protect the artistic integrity, security, and dignity of our cultural convocations.

• Parental Accompaniment & Engagement: Because parental partnership is essential, parents or designated guardians are encouraged to participate in initial orientation sessions and collaborate with creative mentors.
• No Fixed Timetables: Every child's creative discovery is unique. The Institute guarantees an exploratory atmosphere where creative growth across Fashion, Photography, Acting, Dance, and Singing unfolds naturally without punitive grading.
• Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Any behavior, speech, or conduct that demeans, stigmatizes, or undermines neurodiverse students, families, or faculty will result in immediate termination of association without refund or appeal.

Submitting creative pitches, film collaboration proposals, or sponsorship queries via our Collaboration Drawer creates no binding contractual obligation until formal bilateral agreements are executed with our production directors. Unsolicited screenplays or intellectual property submitted without prior agreement are reviewed at our discretion without liability for independent development.

Our website references verified external portals—specifically our official Facebook Event Archives (Srestho Bengali (Srestho Bangali), Sharod Tilottama, The Indian Chronicles Official) and YouTube video channels. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
